The past year has been busy with a range of different projects.
With parking in London becoming ever more scarce, an increasing number of clients are transforming their front gardens into off-street parking areas. Carried out sympathetically, one or two spaces can add value to a property.
Indian sandstone and limestone remain popular choices with clients for a traditional look to paving. A good range of colours are available and the cost compares well with concrete alternatives.
The ubiquitous decking seems less popular now than a few years ago but remains a good choice to achieve a clean, contemporary look for your garden. Now, deckboards can also be obtained in plastic, reconstituted wood or a mixture of both!
Here are some recently completed gardens.

Barnet:

The design brief for this garden involved providing easier access, stabilising an upper terrace, and creating a raised pond.

Highgate:
This swimming pool refurbishment presented an ideal opportunity to replace the existing concrete paving with polished sandstone.
